It is so easy to see the negative and they're not so positive. And sometimes we just need to look for the good. And if we are not seeing the good, then we can be the good. We can be the one to be kind, smile and go out of our way to help someone in need, creating community, inspiring others, finding purpose not just within ourselves, but also how can our purpose support and build community, not... the point where we weaken ourselves, not to the point where we are pleasing others for this need to people, please, but really for this point of connection and understanding and building trust, because it is in those moments where healing can occur.
