I share with you the meditations for October four. Monthly theme is inspiration. Our weekly word is self awareness. We've been reading from Genesis. ...you live out your name, the story of you, your life blesses the space between us. Take a moment and put your feet firmly on the floor. Look around the room and notice five green objects and say them out loud or to yourself. And now notice for things that you can touch or feel with your feet, with your body, or with your hands, and notice the firm or softness of the fabric of the chair or couch that you're sitting in. What do you notice? Just bring yourself in this moment. Now feel your feet on the floor, Press your heels into the floor, and...

...lift up your toes. What do you notice as your cats stretch is their tension is as hard as this easy? Does it feel good? If it hurts, don't do it. Now, press your toes into the floor and lift up your heels. What do you notice and that change in your body? Put your right hand on your chest.
